Techniques d'expression écrite et orale

Techniques d'expression écrite et orale
Master Langues, littératures et civilisations étrangères et régionalesParcours Études anglophones

Description

This course has two components:
•    Oral communication skills: through a series of practical exercises and group feedback students will practice presenting their research and other material orally with visual aids. This helps prepare the December Master's study day and the April EUCOR English Trinational Master's & PhD conference.
•    The Art of Critical Writing: students will learn how to combine their critical reading and writing, two virtually interdependent activities, and how to give form and expression to their own criticism of texts. The M2 thesis will be used for most of the practical writing assignments (titles, sub-titles, opening paragraph, abstract, thesis definition, etc.).
