Description du contenu de l'enseignement

This course explores intercultural communication challenges and strategies for international businesses to equip students with the knowledge and tools needed to create content and products that can travel across cultures.
Packed with real-world examples from consulting experience and focused on business and managerial considerations, the course touches upon a wide range of topics, industries and communication contexts.
Through lectures, exercises and assessments, students will develop critical thinking, analytical and decision-making skills that they can apply at work in a variety of situations and roles requiring intercultural competence.

Compétences à acquérir

After completing the course, students will be able to:
● identify and address culture-related risks in the context of marketing and brand communications
● avoid the pitfalls of intercultural communication when creating digital content and products
● communicate the importance of cultural adaptation of content and products to business decision makers
