  • Information development,
  • Information design,
  • Project planning and management,
  • Single source and cross media publishing,
  • Structured authoring with DITA,
  • Principles of typography and layout, and
  • Working with layout programs.

Compétences à acquérir

  • Critically analyze and evaluate the context and requirements of information products prior to creation (normative requirements and technical standards),
  • Implement strategies for creating information products,
