Description

The course provides students practical knowledge in understanding the communication mechanisms used in cluster organisations and developing the necessary skills for their implementation. 
Students are guided through the different stages in the process of building up a successful communication strategy, and how this is embedded in the overall cluster strategy. Practical tools and tips are provided and case studies are prepared together with the students.
It also provides an understanding of how clusters best communicate in an international context (placing a particular attention on international networking / EU projects / community management), as well as the role of AI in communication.
